Our studio is mainly offering classical Pilates session and class. New clients will be introduced to the classical sequences and we will progressively add new exercices. Our instruction is focused on improving body alignment for overall strength and stability while paying attention to the clients’ individual needs. Regular clients might also be introduced to some contemporary variations while still following the principales of Joseph Pilates' method, originally named Contrology. During the class and session, we will incorporate Pilates mat and apparatus like the Reformer, Cadillac ( trapeze table), Tower (wall unit), Chair, Barrel, Spine Corrector and more...
The focus is on performing a structured sequence of exercises that closely follow Joseph Pilates' original teachings, emphasizing controlled movements and proper breath work aiming for deep muscle engagement throughout the body.
Our studio offers individually focused instruction by keeping class sizes small.
