Whether you’re new to Pilates or at an advanced level, at APG Pilates we work with each person individually and in small groups to help you achieve your personal goals. Pilates is designed to improve physical strength,stabilty, flexibility, posture, and enhance mental awarenesS.
Clients understand that Pilates classes may be scheduled online, by phone or by email. Classes must be paid in advance. Pilates 4 class package have a 45-day expiration. Intro package 1 month expiration. Pilates package Pilates classes must be completed within the expiration time frame.
A 24-hour advance notice is required if clients must cancel or change any scheduled class.
Prepaid classes are non-refundable, but can be transferred to another client. If the client to whom the prepaid class is being transferred is a new client, the new client must have completed an introductory class.
Classes can be paid for by cash, credit card or check. A $30.00 fee will be charged on any bounced check.
Clients must arrive on-time for their scheduled class.
All class prices are subject to change.
