Held the first Sunday of every month 10:45-11:30am, this 45-minute guided meditation allows the body and mind to enter into a state of total relaxation. Inspired by Yoga Nidra, the practice of divine sleep, and practitioner Linda Freeman's own journey work, InnerJourney Yoga leads the body into a deeply calming and relaxing state that allows the mind to expand into possibilities. Vinyasa Yoga Flow: Vinyasa yoga flow is an all levels experience class that will leave you feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. Vinyasa flow offers students a fun and motivating practice that will enhance stronger mind body awareness while flowing between postures with emphasis on linking breath and movement. Each class has a creative sequence that is always unique and can be modified to each student’s ability. This class will be challenging while practicing safe with a focus on correct alignment.
